Cancellations Policy 

 

If for any reason you should need to cancel your appointment we will require a minimum of 24hrs notice prior to your appointment time. This will entitle you to a full refund.

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment and you give us less than 24hrs but more than 12hrs then you will be entitled to a 50% refund.

If for any reason you should need to cancel a party booking we will require 1 weeks notice prior to your party date. This will entitle you to a full deposit refund.

 

 

Punctuality

 

If you are expecting to be late for an appointment please contact us before the scheduled time on 07772 366303, so that your specialist can be informed. In the event of you being late for a treatment or service, you will be entitled to receive the time remaining of your appointment.

If you don't show up and have not contacted the office and your specialist is kept waiting for more than 15 minutes, then the cancellation policy will take effect. Therefore a full treatment charge will apply.

 

 

Services

 

A minimum of 1hr booking is required for any treatments and services.

When having a facial or massage please ensure there is enough room for a massage couch (approx. 6ft by 2ft). For your comfort ensure the room to be used particularly for massage is warm enough.Your specialist will carry out a consultation prior to the treatment, to ensure that the service is tailored to your needs. And finish with aftercare advice with recommendations as to how often you should have the treatment. 

 

Payment

 

Treatments must be payed for in full via PayPal a secure online payment system via our websites make-a-payment page at the time of booking to secure the appointment. Otherwise the appointment time will be open to other customers. 

For parties, bridal, Total Renewal Make over and some Personal styling services we will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remainder of the bill is to be paid in full a minimum of 1 week prior to the appointment date. Credit and debit cards are accepted.

Treatment prices are subject to change without prior notice. You will be charged the cost of the service listed on the website at the time of booking. 

 

Parking & Congestion Charge

 

Please provide parking permits if possible, otherwise you will be required to make payment for any parking meters directly to the specialist upon arrival.

If your appointment is at or before 6.30pm and you live within or your specialist has no choice but to travel via the congestion zone then a charge of £10 will be added to your bill. Payment for the congestion charge will be required at the time of booking your appointment.

 

 Vouchers

 

The voucher can be redeemed for the value or treatment as stated. The vouchers are not redeemable against any other discounts, special offers or promotions. A minimum of 1 hour booking is required and the treatments are subject to availability. One voucher per 1 hour treatment may be used. Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash and the total value must be redeemable in a single booking. No change or refund will be given. The voucher is active until the date stated of which after thistime it will expire without any notice. Total Renewal is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of the vouchers, they can not be replaced. All our Terms and Conditions are inclusive.
